This position is responsible for the overall management of three or more Sleep Disorders Centers, including supervision of all staff, execution of administrative and fiscal tasks, clinical oversight, strategic planning, and day-to-day operations. Ensures quality patient care, developing policies, procedures, and providing guidance and assistance to polysomnographic technicians in the course of their daily work, as well as front office positions. Works closely with multiple Medical Directors, physicians and Nurse Practioners who provide medical management of patients’ testing and care.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare; or equivalent experience, and actively pursuing Bachelor's Degree Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree Registered Polysomnographic Technician (RPSGT) Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) BLS/CPR 4-5 years experience Professional Allied Health Sleep Medicine Experience Supervisor/Lead
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for day-to-day functions of center, interacting professionally with physicians and staff to ensure quality patient care. For three or more cost centers, executes fiscal responsibilities, monitoring revenue, developing annual budget, monitoring spending to budget, and reconciling expenditures. Develops policies, procedures, and oversight for the clinical development and continuing education of staff. Screens, interviews, hires, and facilitates training, development, and retention of staff. Evaluates staff performance and implements counseling/discipline as necessary. The manager is responsible for maintaining the Accreditation of multiple sleep centers through the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM). This includes re-accreditation oversight every five years, as well as maintaining the required standards of excel
