Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed:
- Administers, supervises, and trains Slot Department personnel during assigned shifts
- Ensures all team members follow proper procedures and operational standards
- Resolves guest disputes escalated beyond subordinate team members
- Enforces safety policies and reports any hazards or violations
- Coordinates with Security to prevent cheating or damage to slot machines
- Collaborates with other casino departments to support guest service initiatives
- Provides guidance and instruction to staff for optimal performance
- Ensures compliance with Title 31 Gaming Regulations within the Slot Department
- Responsible for hiring and terminating Slot team members
- Delivers courteous and professional service to staff and guests
- Performs additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum of 5 years of management-level experience in Slot Operations, including supervisory responsibilities
- Basic understanding of slot machines and electronic gaming equipment
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English
- Effective collaboration with staff and management across departments
- Competent in basic and intermediate math functions
- Thorough knowledge of company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards
- Professional, confident, and well-groomed presentation
- Working knowledge of all supervised positions and associated skill sets
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Familiarity with computer systems and operational software
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Must qualify for all licensing and permit requirements as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations
- Valid Alcohol Awareness Card required
