About this role

About the role

As the SMB Marketing Manager for Uber for Business, you will be the architect of our marketing engine, leading programs across the funnel including self-serve demand generation, funnel conversion, and scaled customer engagement. You will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing programs that drive growth across international markets. You will bridge the gap between high-level annual planning and the day-to-day deployment of scaled campaigns, ensuring every initiative is data-driven, repeatable, and aligned with our global OKRs.

What you'll do

  • Acquisition Campaigns: Develop and manage impactful marketing programs for the SMB audience (e.g., Awareness campaigns, seasonal demand campaigns, referral programs) that can be deployed globally across multiple regions.

  • Customer Programs: Develop and optimize customer engagement programs to help drive retention and promote upsell/x-sell
  • Operational Excellence: Build the frameworks and playbooks that allow campaigns to be repeated in future years, and regional teams to adopt global initiatives, with minimal friction.
  • Funnel Insights: Be the voice of the customer to help improve end-to-end B2B buyer journey to identify bottlenecks and deploy scaled interventions to improve conversion rates.
  • Marketing Analytics: Partner with Data Science to build dashboards that track program health across different global cohorts.
  • Testing Culture: Lead a rigorous "test and learn" agenda, using A/B testing and incrementality studies to prove the value of scaled channels.
  • Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the primary connector between Growth, Product, and Sales teams to ensure marketing programs support the broader business ecosystem.
  • Executive Communication: Regularly present key strategies and results to the x-functional leadership team across product, marketing, ops, and sales teams.

Basic qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B Marketing, Growth Operations, or Strategic Consulting
  • Bachelors degree
  • Systems Thinking: Proven ability to build processes that work at scale; you think in terms of "flywheels" rather than one-off campaigns
  • Executive Presence: Ability to lead meetings with senior stakeholders and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority
  • Excellent communication: Ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying needs

Preferred qualifications

  • Resourcefulness and passion for our mission
  • An extremely proactive, self-starter mentality with excellent organizational skills
  • Team-first attitude and ability to partner across multiple teams within operations, sales, product, and other functions
