Responsibilities but not limited to:

TikTok Focus: creating, filming, and editing short form videos (Reels/TikToks) that align with current trends
Channel Management: Assist in managing H Mart's official social media channels, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms
Content Creation: Create and post engaging content including images, videos, and copy, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity
Collaboration: Participate in Weekly Design Team meetings to brainstorm and develop content ideas, and coordinate with the production team for food-related shoots
Community Management: Respond to customer inquiries and comments on all platforms to maintain a positive brand image
Events & Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing social media-related events and promotional campaigns
Trend Research: Conduct research for content ideas and stay up to date on the latest social media trends
Analytics: Help monitor brand reputation and track social media performance metrics

Qualifications / Skills:

1+ years of experience in social media marketing or relevant internship experience
Must be bilingual (Fluent in both Korean & English)
Strong understanding of TikTok trends and editing tools (CapCut, etc.)
Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube
Hands-on experience with scheduling tools (Later, Sprout Social)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, or Canva)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A "TikTok Native" who loves creating and watching short-form content preferred
Creative, active, and outgoing personality
Strong interest in cooking or food culture is a big plus
