Social Media Management

• Collaborate with the owner to create a weekly social media plan
• Select and photograph items for engaging posts
• Edit and post content using Canva and other editing apps
• Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies for higher engagement
• Bring professional social media experience to the role

Events and Display Coordination

• Work with owner and inventory manager to plan exciting events and create floor plans
• Ensure sales floor and display walls/racks are organized and shop-able
• Maintain a positive attitude and find solutions to challenges
• Engage respectfully with customers and teammates

Inventory Assistance

• Shift inventory between back room and off-site locations as needed
• Review daily inventory reports and create "Push" lists
• Enter inventory changes into the computer system accurately
• Be physically able to stand, walk, and lift 25-35 lb bins during shifts
