Position Summary: Revere Health is looking for a high-energy, creative, and self-driven Social Media Marketing Intern to lead and elevate the digital presence of Hobble Creek Pediatrics. This is not a passive internship—you will have real ownership, creative freedom, and a direct impact on how we connect with families in our community. You will work closely with clinic leadership to build a recognizable, trusted, and engaging online brand that educates parents, highlights providers, and drives patient growth. Essential Job Functions: What You’ll Own • Plan and execute a consistent social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms • Create and publish high-quality, engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short-form video) • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with clinic priorities (well-child visits, seasonal illnesses, back-to-school, etc.) • Capture in-clinic content (staff features, educational snippets, behind-the-scenes moments) while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance • Help establish Hobble Creek Pediatrics as a trusted voice for pediatric education in the community • Identify and execute growth strategies (campaigns, trends, collaborations, giveaways, etc.) • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages appropriately • Track and report on performance, including: Following growth, Engagement rates, Content performance, Present monthly insights and recommendations to clinic leadership.


What Success Looks Like By the end of the internship, you will have: • Built a professional, measurable social media presence for a pediatric clinic • Created a portfolio of real content used in a healthcare setting • Demonstrated growth in engagement and followers • Contributed to increased community awareness and patient engagement • Delivered a final summary of strategy, results, and recommendations 

 

Qualifications: • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok preferred) • Experience creating content (graphics, reels, short-form video) • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar • Strong writing and storytelling skills • Comfortable being proactive, taking initiative, and working independently • Professionalism and ability to work in a healthcare environment • Interest in healthcare, pediatrics, or community outreach strongly preferred

 

Hours: • Part-time: 10–20 hours per week • Flexible schedule with some on-site content capture required • Compensation: Unpaid
