Their main duties include overseeing all social media accounts, completing clerical and administrative duties, attending marketing events to help promote brand awareness, using partnerships to create and host in-house events, and preparing promotional materials and presentations as needed. </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Main Job Duties and Responsibilities</strong></div><ul> <li>Become an expert on Goldfish Swim School</li> <li>Oversee all social media accounts with local and school specific content </li> <li>Organize, coordinate and attend various marketing events (week nights & weekends) </li> <li>Collect data, such as leads, surveys or questionnaires at events, and organize info after collection for easy data entry and sharing.</li> <li>Collect and analyze data from events to identify trends</li> <li>Prepare marketing materials, SWAG, and presentations based on company needs</li> <li>Clerical and administrative duties</li> </ul><div> <strong><br>Key Competencies<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Collaborative skills</li> <li>Organization and planning </li> <li>Strategic and critical thinking skills</li> <li>Problem analysis and problem-solving</li> <li>Adaptability</li> <li>Creativity<br><br> </li> </ul> </div>
