Software Developer - ADL

Division: Aluminum Dynamics Overview:

Aluminum Dynamics is ramping up production while continuing to expand its technology footprint. As the mill transitions from construction into full-scale operations, the software development team is growing to support and enhance mission-critical systems across the facility. This is an opportunity to join a modern, multi-billion-dollar operation and contribute hands-on to designing, building, and evolving the software solutions that directly support manufacturing, operations, and long-term innovation.

 

Responsibilities:

• Build, modify, and support internal applications
• Write, test, debug, and document code
• Work directly with users to gather requirements and come up with solutions
• Participate in code reviews and testing
• Help track work and deliver features through completion

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience
• Real-world experience as a software developer
• Working knowledge of modern web frameworks (React and/or Blazor) plus HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ability to write reliable, maintainable code and pay attention to details
• Comfortable working with users and teammates in a fast-moving environment

Preferred

• .NET / C# experience
• Database and T-SQL experience
• Experience in enterprise or manufacturing environments
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and good UI/UX instincts
