Job Description

We are seeking a Software Developer to design and develop customized solutions for our client. This is a full-time, onsite position located in Ft. Myers, FL. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in creating scalable applications, supporting client needs, and ensuring system performance.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and finalize application requirements

  • Set tasks and development goals in coordination with team members

  • Develop new applications using technologies such as SQL, Web API, and C#/.NET

  • Design, code, and implement scalable applications for web and internal network use

  • Test and debug code to ensure stability and performance

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues proactively

  • Maintain and update legacy systems, including MS Access applications

  • Provide systems training to both staff and clients

  • Organize and maintain source materials using SCCM tools like GitHub

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering

  • Proficiency in Visual Studio, C#/.NET, Web API, Power Shell, and MVC Frameworks

  • Solid experience with SQL coding for efficient data processing and reporting

  • Familiarity with Java Language, HTML5, XML, jQuery, and Web Services

  • Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex software issues

  • Ability to manage small tasks and projects independently

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of building applications in MS Access

  • Experience with SCCM methods and versioning control tools like GitHub

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with the occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$80,000 - $90,000 per year

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
