Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the IT team with troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support to employees, ensuring prompt resolution of IT-related inquiries.
• Participate in the setup and configuration of computers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• Support the maintenance and monitoring of IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications.
• Collaborate on projects involving system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
• Document IT procedures, solutions, and workflows for future reference.
• Conduct inventory checks for IT equipment and assist in asset management.
• Research and recommend innovative technologies to improve IT operations.
• Adhere to company IT policies and procedures, ensuring data security and compliance.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Availability to work part-time or full-time during the internship period.
• Prior IT experience or coursework is a plus but not required.
