Our Distribution IT team is seeking an ambitious Salesforce Software Engineer I or II to compose, build, and support solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role is perfect for someone early in their technology career who enjoys coding, learning new technologies, collaborating with others, and transforming business problems into software solutions. Build, develop, test, and improve Salesforce applications, automations, and integrations using both configuration and custom development. Collaborate with business and product partners to understand requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Write, test, and troubleshoot code using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Analyze data and help find opportunities to improve business processes and user experiences. Assist with system testing, debugging, deployment activities, and production support. Who You Are Associate's or Bachelor's degree with a preference in a science, technology, engineering, or math-related field or equivalent work experience. Proven problem-solving, organizational, communication, and analytical thinking skills. Interest in software development and building technology solutions. Must have the desire and ability to learn new technology and continuously grow. Skills That Will Help You Stand Out: Object-oriented programming (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages). Web development concepts including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Database concepts and SQL. Experience working with CRM or CMS tools (i.e. Salesforce, Redtail, HubSpot, WordPress). Familiarity with Agile software development practices. Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $65000 - $98000 / year Salary Details The following salary ranges reflect market-specific compensation for this position across multiple job levels. Candidates will be evaluated to determine the appropriate job level based on their skills and experience. Software Engineer I: $65,000 - $78,000 / year Software Engineer II: $80,000 - $98,000 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
