About this role
Responsible for building and maintaining a Global CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Platform and Transaction Platform for sales and marketing agents/partners, working closely with the Sales Operations Management Platform (SOMP) to create a stable, flexible, and smart platform. We enhance commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction through various intelligent marketing tools, ensure the stability and security of customer fund transactions, and reach a balance between revenue, risks, efficiency, and client experience for the monetization of TikTok.

Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. Key Responsibilities:
- Work on backend development of ByteDance's proprietary CRM platform.
- Turn ByteDance's proprietary CRM into an enterprise-ready, market-leading SaaS platform leveraging best practices from the industry.
- Understand users' personalized requests and come up with scalable technical solutions.
- Build a globalized CRM System with high performance and availability across multiple regions.
