We are looking for a Full Stack C# Developer (Grade 25) with 2–3 years of experience in building scalable web applications using .NET technologies, modern frontend frameworks, and complementary expertise in Python and AI concepts. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of features, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and contribution to AI‑enabled solutions.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using C#, .NET Core/NET 6+, and modern frontend frameworks
  • Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces in collaboration with UI/UX teams
  • Intelligent automation or recommendations
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards
  • Participate in agile activities including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization
  • Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability
  • Continuously learn and apply emerging technologies, especially in AI and cloud ecosystems
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development
  • Experience with frontend technologies:
  • Experience with databases:
  • Relational: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts, including:
  • Data preparation and basic modeling concepts
  • Familiarity with Git and source control workflows
  • Solid proficiency in C# and .NET (ASPNET Core, Web API, MVC)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
  • Basic knowledge of NoSQL
