What You’ll Do

  • Build and Ship: Work in a fast paced startup environment to build high quality SaaS products that real estate professionals rely on.
  • Own a Project: Take ownership of a summer project, making key product, architecture, and implementation decisions.
  • Collaborate and Learn: Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to bring ideas to life.
  • Deliver Impact: Work on scalable solutions from broadly defined problems and see your work in production.

  • Showcase Your Work: At the end of the summer, present your project to our executive and engineering teams.
  • Work on Real Features: Beyond your project, you’ll contribute to real features and bug fixes in a production environment.

Required for the role

  • Passion for web applications, from the data layer to the front end.
  • Working familiarity with RDBMS storage systems and SQL.
  • Experience with a web application framework such as Express.js, Ruby on Rails, Django, Flask, or similar.
  • An understanding of Python, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
  • Excitement to learn, grow, and build.

Bonus points for the following

  • Ruby on Rails experience.
  • React experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills developed during your college experience.
