US Citizenship required; Bachelor’s or higher with 12+ years (Bachelors), 10+ years (Masters), or 8+ years (PhD); experience in software engineering, site reliability, and observability; SaaS support; cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure); Linux/Docker/Kubernetes; Golang/Python; Terraform/Prometheus/Splunk; distributed systems; strong cross-functional collaboration.
