Spa and Salon Supervisor

Specific Job Functions:

• Oversee the Spa and Salon personnel to guarantee their compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in training new hires and existing employees on the expectations and responsibilities associated with each position
• Assist management and the spa receptionist in balancing service appointments
• Cultivate a work environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork
• Conduct daily checks of the spa reception and all spa areas. Ensure everything is fully stocked and operational at all times..
• Conduct an inventory assessment and create a supply order list as required.
• Create work order forms promptly when repairs are necessary and ensure management is informed.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to develop new spa services and promotions, enhancing the overall guest experience and driving revenue growth 
• Perform other job-related duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.

Qualifications

• At least one to two years of previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required, at least two years experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Spa, Salon and fitness industry preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication a must.
• Knowledge of general health and sanitation codes required.
• Knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet necessary.
• Knowledge of Book4Time spa software preferred.
