As the Specialist IT Onsite Support, you'll provide comprehensive technical support for onsite and remote staff, handling hardware, software, and local network troubleshooting. The specialist manages the complete user lifecycle, overseeing account administration, system provisioning, and hardware and software inventory. Additionally, this position serves as the subject matter expert for the company's internal production tracking software to ensure seamless daily operations.

What you’ll do
- Provide technical support for onsite employees, as well as occasional remote staff.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral issues in a timely manner.
- Manage user lifecycle tasks: provision, configure, deploy, and decommission hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile devices, etc).
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
- Maintain local network connectivity, including basic troubleshooting of Wi-Fi access points, network switches, patch panels, and cabling.
- Maintain accurate records of all hardware, software licenses, and peripheral inventory using our asset management system.
- Be the SME on internal production tracking software.
What you’ll need
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 2–4+ years in an IT desktop support, helpdesk, or field technician role.
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
