The Team:

The Solutions Operations division is seeking a professional with excellent interpersonal communication, organization, and time management skills to join our Global Special Services Team. Our Wall Street Office (WSO) solutions provide real-time access to client portfolios and reporting insights for active asset management, supporting complex aspects of alternative asset management in a scalable solution that increases operational efficiency and reduces risk.

Responsibilities and Impact:

  • You will work within a dynamic team, responsible for all client-facing operations-related items, data research, and processing functions on the Special Services Team, primarily supporting WSO users and their loan processing needs. This position offers exposure to an exciting financial market and interaction with clients of varying levels of seniority.

  • Support our clients and the business by orchestrating workflow and prompt resolution between internal and external teams, including data reconciliation and validation of trades and positions to ensure syndicated facility data integrity. This involves supporting and exchanging basic technical information with immediate team members and routine stakeholders and resolving varied, non-routine issues.

  • Accurately review and maintain asset and contract data, process amendments, investigate discrepancies, and monitor and action exceptions, taking accountability for individual and team targets.

  • Proactively identify internal and external processing and system-related issues, collaborating seamlessly with internal partners and management on resolution plans and escalations.

  • Provide guidance and clarification to support the team in delivering quality work, including coaching and assisting other analysts and leadership as needed.

  • Ensure strict adherence to processing deadlines, quality-controlled operational processes, and LSTA/LMA/Private Deals/Middle Market standards for loan transactions and/or trades.

Compensation/Benefits Information:

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $85,712. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience within the syndicated loan industry, Loan IQ, or WSO systems, performing work effectively under general guidance and direction.

  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks based on their importance and urgency, and resolve varied, non-routine issues.

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, including active listening, and the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely in fluent English.

  • Can work in the Dallas, TX office a minimum of 2 days per week.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced WSO and/or Loan IQ Experience coupled with substantial syndicated loan knowledge.

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong analytical skills, including data research and the ability to apply previous experience to identify appropriate courses of action or improve existing approaches.

  • Proven ability to actively participate and contribute towards team goals, leveraging strong communication skills to interpret or clarify technical information for better understanding, and proactively seeking training and development opportunities.
