POSITION SUMMARY:

 

Specialty Recruiters have full life cycle recruitment responsibility for human resources, business development, case management, or senior leadership positions within Select Medical's inpatient hospital division.

 

A successful Specialty Recruiter will develop relationships with senior leaders across the organization and will identify and implement recruitment and hiring strategies for specialty roles.

 

Excellent communication, time management,  organization, and attention to detail are crucial for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-lifecycle recruitment for business development roles.
  • Collaborate with inpatient Regional Directors and other leadership to define job specifications, qualifications, skills, and interview process
  • Develop recruitment strategies for both short-term needs and long-term department and company trends.
  • Take the lead on candidate sourcing initiatives, including internal and external referral development, social media recruitment marketing, outreach to professional organizations, direct sourcing through mail, job fairs, and events.
  •  Collaborate with other recruiters on marketing and hiring events
  • Oversee and push forward the business development hiring process for markets and individual hospitals

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • One or more years of recruitment experience in a staffing, corporate, or executive search environment.
  • Experience in full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including the use of an applicant tracking system, phone interviews, interview scheduling, and making offers.
