About this role

Sourcers will partner with Recruiters to find the best & brightest candidates, aligning them to the most in-demand skill sets for Sprinklr in areas such as Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing and more. You will build prospect pools & lists, maintaining market, competitive, and related intelligence, conducting in-depth research and analysis. You will use this information to craft marketing programs that engage and compel top talent to develop an interest in working for Sprinklr. You will work across multiple channels simultaneously, ensuring a balanced volume of diverse, quality leads are funneled to the Recruiter, from target companies, employee referrals and internal talent. You will at times attend local networking events & conferences, building Sprinklr brand & continuing to connect on the level with the communities we are engaging. You will apply creativity to prospect/candidate outreach & follow-up, building relationships with our target prospecting pool. Priorities will be dictated by business hiring priorities in various job functions and geographies in which the company hires Globally.

The Social Media Sourcer will, based on key talent priorities by function and geography:

  • Build in-depth, targeted lists of potential quality leads
  • The Social Media Strategist will have the pulse on the social media landscape and drive innovation while developing social media programs in platforms such as, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google+, Pinterest and Instagram.
  • Oversee the management of company updates, news postings and job opportunities and will possess extensive hands-on experience in cultivating social communities.
  • Source active candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals for the marketing organization
  • Act as a search expert for a functional area(s) by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements.
  • Work to increase brand exposure while educating the candidate marketplace on current and future opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis
  • Deliver scientific, compelling marketing and engagement programs that result in a high % of quality leads becoming qualified job candidates
  • Measure efficiency of marketing campaigns, pivot as necessary!
