Prepares, maintains and enters call schedules for faculty and APPs, manages outlook calendars, order office and break room supplies. May assist with work overflow from other administrative assistants and/or division administrator if needed. Schedules and organizes meetings, conference travel, process expense reports and activities for members of the division. Composes and process repetitive and non-repetitive documents in accordance with established procedures. Acts as department liaison with other departments and agencies. Determines work priorities and monitors progress toward work deadlines.
