  • Set a consistent cadence for updates, feedback loops, and leadership alignment
  • Ensure engagement activities stay tightly connected to the program timeline

  • Craft targeted messaging for different stakeholder groups
  • Build templates for executive updates, FAQs, program briefs, and talking points
  • Create change‑readiness materials that support adoption and long‑term

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of OCM and Communications experience, ideally within consulting
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Excellent storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Experience supporting large‑scale transformation or GTM‑related initiatives
  • Someone who can operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver polished outputs quickly

We proudly offer competitive compensation, and a comprehensive and well-rounded benefits package for full-time employees that have been designed to nourish your well-being. Benefits offered include health, dental & vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, self-managed PTO, paid holidays, parental leave, and other unique incentives that celebrate your accomplishments.
