Your Impact

As a senior IT leader, you will drive the strategy, performance, and innovation of Busch’s technology landscape—supporting our stores, teams, and guests while enabling long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee programming and infrastructure teams, setting direction, aligning priorities, and delivering results while balancing innovation with operational stability

• Develop and execute a multi-year IT strategy aligned with business goals and growth initiatives

• Own IT operating and capital budgets, ensuring disciplined investments and measurable ROI

• Drive enterprise data strategy, governance, and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making

• Lead cybersecurity strategy and risk management to protect systems, data, and guest information

• Oversee core retail systems including POS, e-commerce, loyalty, supply chain, and pricing platforms

• Partner with cross-functional leaders (Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance) to deliver impactful technology solutions

• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new technologies across the organization

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing IT team with a focus on talent development and succession planning

• Identify and implement innovative technologies to enhance efficiency, guest experience, and competitive advantage

• Oversee IT infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement

• Communicate effectively with executive leadership, translating complex technical concepts into business value

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field

• 10+ years of IT leadership experience, including managing development teams and SDLC processes

• Experience with enterprise systems, architecture, and integrations

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Expertise in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management

• Experience with SQL Server and data/ETL processes

• Background in the retail or grocery industry preferred

• Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
