The Senior Director, EOHS Delivery & Portfolio Management reports to the Vice President, Enterprise EOHS and is responsible for the EOHS execution and delivery strategy, shaping and delivering the multi-year EOHS strategy, driving alignment across business, technology, and enterprise services while ensuring disciplined enterprise-scale execution.
This role serves as both a strategic partner and execution leader, working across EOHS business functions and key partners to define and manage a prioritized, investment-aligned portfolio. The role ensures strategy is translated into a sequenced, governed, and high-performing delivery model, while upskilling EOHS verticals to operate within standardized practices and frameworks that strengthen the enterprise capability and eliminating execution variability.
This position drives cross-functional strategic alignment and relationships with enterprise service teams and technology partners, ensuring EOHS priorities are effectively enabled through shared platforms, data, and services.

Leadership Profile
Strategic and execution-focused leader who can move from long-term planning to day-to-day delivery. Builds systems, drives discipline, and elevates execution maturity across teams while operating with pace and accountability. Owns EOHS multi-year strategy execution—driving delivery at scale while standardizing and building project management capability across the enterprise.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Multi-Year Strategy Leadership - Partner with VP EOHS to define and operationalize the 3-year EOHS strategy. Translate strategy into a sequenced, executable portfolio aligned to risk, regulatory requirements, and business priorities. Track progress and adjust based on performance and risk signals
- Enterprise Execution Leadership – Acts as the operational leader for enterprise portfolio execution, ensuring priorities are translated into executable plans and delivered at pace and scale. Drive alignment between strategy, portfolio, and execution
- PMO Leadership & Operating Model- Stand up and lead the EOHS PMO. Define and enforce a single enterprise delivery model including intake, prioritization, planning, execution, and reporting
- Standardization, Training & Capability Building - Work across EOHS verticals to train leaders and teams on project management discipline and technology delivery practices, teach consistent execution methods, and standardize delivery. Build templates, playbooks, and repeatable workflows to elevate execution maturity across EOHS
- Portfolio Ownership -Own the EOHS initiative portfolio tied to the multi-year strategy. Prioritize based on risk, regulatory exposure, and business impact. Provide visibility into status, risks, dependencies, and capacity
- Delivery at Scale -Ensure consistent execution across business units and regions. Eliminate variability and drive repeatable delivery from design through stabilization
- Owns the Enterprise EOHS operating rhythm, including weekly governance reviews, monthly KPI performance review, quarterly business reviews, capability reviews.
- Reporting & Transparency - Establish dashboards tied to strategy and execution performance. Provide executive visibility into delivery, risk, and capacity. Use data to drive accountability

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project, program, portfolio, or PMO leadership roles within complex, matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise initiatives, translating strategy into executable roadmaps, and establishing governance, prioritization, and delivery disciplines
- Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools, dashboards, and structured execution methods
- Solid strategic planning, portfolio management, and enterprise execution capabilities
- Proven ability to design and standardize delivery frameworks, governance models, and performance reporting
- Solid executive communication, stakeholder management, change management, and risk-based decision-making skills, with the ability to influence across functions without direct authority
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Experience in regulated, risk-sensitive environments, including healthcare, environmental health and safety, occupational health, compliance, or operations

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $159,300 - $273,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
