About this role
The incumbent will oversee cross-functional initiatives, and ensure alignment between operational execution, product roadmaps, and technology investments. This role requires a strategic, systems-oriented leader with deep operational expertise, strong analytical and program management capabilities, and the ability to influence and execute at all levels of the organization.
- Establish and lead a centralized Operations program management function across Network Solutions, implementing consistent prioritization frameworks, tools, methodologies, and governance
- Partner closely with Technology, and Product leaders to ensure end-to-end operational workflows initiatives are tightly integrated and optimized through platform transformation and AI-native solutions.
- Instill execution discipline and establish clear accountability for delivery, outcomes, and benefits realization
- Coordinate with Operations leadership to build and represent business cases for technology investment and solution design decisions
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Operations program managers and process analysts.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to budget development, staffing plans, and capability-building initiatives.
- Select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of department.
- Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.

This role operates as a strategic partner to Network Solutions leadership, working collaboratively to ensure end‑to‑end connectivity, alignment, and execution of the Operations strategy in context of Digital Transformation and AI initiatives.
This role is accountable for establishing governance models and operating rhythms that enable informed decision‑making across Operations leadership, balancing enterprise priorities with functional needs. In close partnership with cross-functional leadership, the incumbent will make recommendations and drive decisions related to operational priorities, program sequencing, resource allocation, and process transformation. In addition, ensuring adoption, sustainability, and realized value through systemic reinforcement and accountability.
The Senior Director oversees and manages staff across multiple locations and is responsible for hiring, performance management, coaching, mentoring, and workforce planning. The role requires the application of advanced problem‑solving skills, in‑depth operational knowledge, and a strong understanding of company priorities to resolve complex, non‑routine issues, operating within broadly defined policies and strategic direction.
