About the role and team

As a Sr Executive Assistant Business Partner, you will do more than manage a schedule; you will be the operational glue for Uber’s leadership. This role requires navigating a high-stakes, fast-moving environment where priorities shift in real-time and the "conference room landscape" is as complex as our global operations. You will support leaders who move at an intense pace, requiring you to act with extreme urgency, precision, and the ability to foresee logistical hurdles before they impact the business.

This is a role for a strategic operator who thrives on ownership and remains steady under pressure. You’ll be part of a high-talent EA community where excellence is the norm and the expectations are high. Success here means moving beyond transactional tasks to become a trusted partner who manages the "messiness" of global logistics and complex stakeholder networks, ensuring our Finance leaders can focus on moving the real world.

What you’ll do

  • Navigate and master complex, ever-changing calendars by vetting and prioritizing requests against high-level business goals.
  • Lead the seamless execution of domestic and international travel logistics, managing visa processing and time-zone shifts with zero room for error.
  • Unblock leadership by proactively tracking action items and project deadlines, ensuring deliverables are met in a high-pressure environment.
  • Coordinate high-impact events including All-Hands, summits, and QBRs, balancing logistical precision with the need for team morale and connection.
  • Manage sensitive financial administration, including leader morale budgets and expense auditing, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Collaborate across the global EA community to solve facility and space planning challenges, adapting to the needs of a growing and dynamic workforce.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Mail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Groups).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of administrative experience, with at least 6 years supporting VP-level or global Director-level leaders.
  • Previous experience supporting Finance, Business Development, or Corporate Development teams within a global technology company.
  • Proven resilience in managing high-volume international travel and "around the clock" logistics adjustments.
  • Experience handling highly confidential environments, such as C-Suite deals or VIP stakeholder meetings.
  • Strong adaptability and a "go-get-it" attitude in the face of ambiguity and rapid change.
