As the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, helping drive organizational success through talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and workforce planning. This role offers the opportunity to influence culture, support business growth, and create an exceptional employee experience.

Your Work Will…

Partner with leaders and employees to develop talent, strengthen employee engagement, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure people strategies align with business objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Partner with leaders to deliver HR strategies that support business performance and workforce objectives

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions across supported business areas

  • Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development

  • Conduct workplace investigations and resolve complex employee relations matters

  • Support talent development, succession planning, and employee growth initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and company procedures

  • Facilitate employee meetings, training programs, onboarding, and organizational initiatives

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on workforce planning, retention, engagement, and organizational challenges

  • Champion change management efforts and drive adoption of key business and HR initiatives

  • Lead and participate in HR projects focused on process improvement and operational excellence

  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement, productivity, and retention

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, or HR Business Partner roles

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or multi-site environments preferred

Systems and Software

  • Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and performance management platforms

Proven Experience In

  • Human Resources Business Partnership

  • Employee Relations and Workplace Investigations

  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

  • Performance Management and Employee Development

  • Organizational Development and Change Management

  • Employment Law and HR Compliance

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required

Preferred Certifications

  • PHR (Professional in Human Resources)

  • SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources)

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program.
