YOUR IMPACT
Are you a relationship builder who is energized by connecting people to a mission that changes lives? At PPTNM, the Senior Philanthropy Advisor (SRPA) plays a critical role in advancing our mission by cultivating meaningful relationships with donors and inspiring philanthropic investment in reproductive healthcare, education, advocacy, and access.
Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, this role is responsible for identifying, researching, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a portfolio of individual donors and prospects, primarily at the upper mid-level ($10,000-$24,999) and major gift level ($25,000+), with a focus on Middle Tennessee. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic donor engagement, exceptional communication, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding donor experience.
The Senior Philanthropy Advisor works closely with key stakeholders to connect donor passions with funding opportunities that advance the mission of PPTNM. This also includes supporting the fundraising efforts of our Tennessee Advocates for Planned Parenthood (TAPP), and Planned Parenthood Tennessee Action Fund (PPTNAF).
