About this role

Description

Amazon Business (AB) is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager - Technical (PM-T) to join our Amazon Business 3P (AB3P) Product team. This role will shape how third-party sellers serve B2B customers on Amazon, working across multiple teams and influencing roadmaps to deliver exceptional results.

The AB3P Product team enables any seller—regardless of size or expertise—to intuitively serve B2B customers alongside their existing B2C business on Amazon. The Sr. PM-T will drive impact in two key ways: as a Builder, developing seller-facing products and experiences across owned and cross-team codebases; and as an Influencer, serving as a thought leader who shapes the B2B seller strategy by partnering with stakeholder teams, aligning on shared goals, and driving outcomes through mechanisms like business reviews and leadership engagement.

The role operates in a high-ambiguity, high-complexity environment. Complexity arises from the need to work across multiple domains while maintaining a deep understanding of stakeholder teams' goals and a strong UX intuition. Ambiguity stems from the need to define and gain buy-in for a forward-looking product vision, collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams to identify gaps and deliver results.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA
