Position Overview

The Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the monthly close process, maintaining accurate financial records, and partnering with business leaders to provide timely and meaningful financial information. This role offers strong exposure to core accounting functions and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile key general ledger accounts
• Prepare and enter standard month-end journal entries
• Maintain fixed assets for assigned companies
• Support quarterly forecasting activities with business partners
• Compile and analyze cash management reporting
• Monitor and process account transactions and requests
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed
• Serve as a business partner to internal and external stakeholders
• Generate monthly billing for real estate tenants

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 0 to 3 years of accounting experience, internships considered
• Strong communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills

Preferred

• Experience with SAP
• Experience with Yardi
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
