Staff Accountant
Join our Expense Planning team and build a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis. This Staff Accountant role is ideal for individuals with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 0-2 years of experience who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute.
You’ll gain hands-on exposure to budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and financial reporting across the enterprise, all while working alongside experienced team members who will support your development.

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and analyze financial workpapers, reports, learning how your observations support business decisions
- Assist with data gathering and initial cost‑benefit calculations, gaining exposure to project evaluation and cross‑functional teamwork
- Support budgeting, forecasting, overhead work, and monthly variances to build core financial analysis skills
- Learn to troubleshoot common issues and build technical skills in a leading financial planning system
- Identify opportunities to improve processes as you grow your problem‑solving skills
What It Takes to Join Our Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 0-2 years of accounting experience including internships, part-time roles, or coursework projects
- Foundational understanding of GAAP with a willingness to learn more
- Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data automation) and aptitude for learning new technologies, including CoPilot
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail‑oriented and well-organized
- Collaborative, positive and eager to learn from the team
