LSSI is hiring a full-time Staff Accountant, Monday through Friday. Responsible for maintaining financial procedures and confirming financial compliance through preparation of reports and statements.

Essential Functions:
- Prepare all monthly entries and reconciliations as well as GL account validations.
- Responsible for monthly recording of various journal entries along with the network allocations.
- Support & provide assistance for Accounts payable.
- Manage Employee Expenses logs & submitting them to be payable.
- Prepare monthly financial statements for the programs.
- Reconcile various balance sheet accounts.
- Support business unit review analytic through Power Bl, including but not limited to subsystem billing data.
- Support government cost reporting process for various grants.
- Manage the annual audit process for the network.
- Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/business required.
- Background check clearance required.
- Demonstrated ability to perform basic math functions required.
- Experience using Great Plains preferred.
- Ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organization, and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
