Position Summary
Osmose is currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting team. The Staff Accountant plays a critical role in supporting the accuracy and integrity of the Company�s financial records and is an essential member of the corporate Accounting function.

This role is responsible for maintaining accounting records, preparing journal entries and reconciliations, assisting with audits, and supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. The Staff Accountant will collaborate closely with Senior Accountants, the Accounting Manager, and the Director of Accounting Operations, gaining exposure to a broad range of accounting activities within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
� Prepare standard and non-standard journal entries on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis in accordance with GAAP.
� Prepare and maintain established account roll-forwards, reconciliations, and variance analyses for assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts.
� Track and maintain company fixed assets using Sage Premier Depreciation software, including additions, disposals, depreciation, and monthly reporting for Accounting and Tax.
� Maintain accurate balance sheet account reconciliations, researching and resolving variances in a timely manner.
� Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities by preparing supporting schedules and documentation.
� Extract, compile, and organize audit support documentation and respond to requests from internal and external auditors.
� Ensure compliance with the Company�s defined financial controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
� Provide general accounting support to Senior Accountants, the Accounting Manager, and the Director of Accounting Operations.
� Support Accounts Payable with systematic invoice approvals and workflow processes.
� Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
� Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications
� Bachelor�s degree in Accounting or related field required.
� Previous accounting experience through internships or professional roles preferred.
� Hands-on experience with accounting ERP systems required; NetSuite experience is a plus.
� Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions.
� Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
� High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability.
� Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
� Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
