Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Performs bank reconciliations of University bank accounts within Oracle ERP.
- Manages new chart of accounts (COA) value requests within the Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM) system.
- Answers accounting questions from campus units using the University's ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Performs balance sheet account reconciliations in the Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) module.
- Manages offsite storage requests for Financial Services.
- Performs a variety of routine operating or cost accounting activities which require basic knowledge of accounting theories and principles.
- Examines accounting records for the purpose of determining gains and losses, receipts and disbursements, and inventory.
- Performs other related work as needed.

- One to two years office experience.
