We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining work-life balance!

Hybrid | Nashville, TN (The Nations) – 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly cash journal entries for company bank accounts
- Assist with month-end close, including reconciliations for cash, fixed assets, AP/Accrued Liabilities, and prepaids
- Maintain balance sheet schedules and reconciliations monthly
- Analyze profit and loss statements for assigned locations
- Support Senior Accountants with integration of new clinics
- Propose and process adjusting journal entries (accruals, reclasses, etc.)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and system/process improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate reporting
- Participate in audits and special projects as needed
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Desire to grow in a high-growth, dynamic environment

- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
