Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience with iOS application development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience designing complex window management architectures and extensible System UI frameworks for iOS or spatial computing.
- Advanced experience in LLM integration, prompt engineering, and API and SDK design.
- Proven track record leading development of system-level features, managing overlapping platform challenges, and mentoring senior engineers.
- Proficiency in spatial interactions, 3D game engines, or performance optimization for resource-constrained hardware.
- Expert proficiency in reactive UI frameworks, especially SwiftUI.

Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical roadmap and overall Window Management and System UI architecture for iOS Glasses.
- Architect solutions for system-level AI integration, spatial AI-driven app lifecycles, and adapting existing platform solutions.
- Maintain a high bar for code quality and testability by writing critical-path iOS code and conducting architectural design reviews.
- Partner with UX, PM, and adjacent platform teams to enable rapid prototyping and deliver engineering feasibility analysis.
- Provide technical mentorship and architectural oversight to elevate the engineering team and foster a culture of excellence. Demonstrate and drive adoption of emerging AI workflow improvements to enhance productivity while preserving or improving quality.
