Join us for an informational meeting on Wednesday, August 12th @1PM. Plan on being here for at least two hours and bring your resume for immediate interviews. You will learn more about our Stewarding position and all of the benefits of working for PENN Entertainment!
The informational meeting will be located in the back-of-house area of the casino. It will not take place on the casino floor.
When you enter from Miami Street, take a right and drive around the building until you pass the loading dock area. To your immediate left there will be a large outdoor parking lot. Park and walk to where the building meets the parking garage structure. There is a door labeled "Team Member Entrance". Enter there and press the buzzer to the left of the second set of doors. Let the Security Dispatcher know you are here for the Dealer School hiring event and they will direct you from there.
Our Stewards perform duties such as:
- Preparing tableware for washing
- Collecting all soiled pots, washes and restacks cleaned pots on shelves
- Responsible for removal of garbage and refuse
- Mopping, scrubbing, rinsing and polishing hard floors
- Washing walls and ceiling tiles
- Cleaning and sanitizing all cooking equipment
- Proper maintenance and distribution of company assets
- Setting up dishwashing machine
- Stacking and stores clean dishes in proper kitchen areas
- Recognizing and using appropriate chemicals
- Cleaning all floors
- Other duties as necessary
BRING US YOUR BEST.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months experience previous kitchen work experience
- Sanitation certificate from local Health Department
- Must stand for long periods
- Must be able to follow directions
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
