Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in technology sales, enterprise software sales, partner management, or related fields.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience in the education or public sector.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships.
  • Experience managing relationships with C-level stakeholders in the education or public sector.

In this role, you will be a part of the Education Software Channel team, which harnesses the power of our strategic channel partners to support our Google for Education's sales and product teams in scaling the use of Google's educational software tools to classrooms all over the world, as part of Google for Education's broader mission to transform the future of learning through technology. You will provide support across sales, marketing and operations to key software resellers, distributors and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs) in our regions to drive product adoption and customer success.Learning is the ongoing quest for understanding, and we made it our mission more than 20 years ago to organize the world’s information to make it universally accessible and useful. US: $140000 - $203000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategies to expand partner-led business and product adoption to consistently surpass business objectives and achieve target attainment, while accelerating strategic channel expansion and market penetration across essential software product lines, such as Google Workspace and Gemini.
  • Build enduring relationships as a trusted advisor to executive partner contacts, developing and managing comprehensive joint business plans to build partner capacity and ensure strategic alignment between Google and partner organizations.
  • Enable complex joint selling motions and multidisciplinary partner initiatives that establish C+ Level engagement, while guiding and mentoring junior peers within the partner management and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead collaborative projects that bring together various ideas and distinct business objectives to empower the broader ecosystem, driving these unified internal and external efforts to successfully achieve overarching team goals.
