The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The CCO function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Integration, Marketing & Communications and Sales Analytics & Operations.

Strategy & Enablement, within the Enterprise Transformation organization, sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, leading the development of enterprise strategy and translating strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes. The function connects strategic planning, program and initiative design, strategic roadmaps, decision-making frameworks, and value realization to translate strategic objectives into disciplined execution and measurable business outcomes. Through this work, the team drives organizational alignment, strengthens accountability, and enables informed decision-making to deliver strategic outcomes and long-term enterprise value.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
The Strategy & Enablement Director serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, leading the development of enterprise strategy and translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, organizational alignment, and measurable outcomes. The Director also provides leadership and development for a team of strategy professionals, fostering a high-performance culture, building organizational capabilities, and enabling the successful execution of enterprise priorities.
In this role, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of strategy and enablement professionals, providing direction, mentorship, performance management, and growth opportunities while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and support the development, refinement, and communication of enterprise strategy, ensuring alignment between long-term objectives, business priorities, and execution plans.
- Monitor market, industry, and competitive developments to ensure strategies and plans remain aligned with evolving conditions and emerging opportunities.
- Identify, assess, and advance Horizon 2 and Horizon 3 opportunities that support long-term growth, innovation, and strategic differentiation.
- Conduct internal and external analyses to identify execution optimization opportunities and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Lead the development of execution approaches, roadmaps, and plans that translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
- Translate enterprise strategic objectives into actionable business and technology initiatives, roadmaps, and execution plans.
- Design and enable strategic programs and initiatives that maximize value realization and business impact.
- Establish governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and performance metrics to guide execution and drive accountability.
- Ensure clear ownership, alignment, and accountability across strategic roadmap and execution plans.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop operational and client-facing change strategies that build required capabilities and support adoption.
- Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, business transformation, management consulting, or enterprise execution, including experience influencing senior executives and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience leading and developing teams, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise developing enterprise and business strategies and translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated expertise developing executive-level materials, strategic narratives, and recommendations for senior leadership and board audiences.
- Advanced analytical skills, including data analysis, data visualization, problem-solving, and logical storyboarding.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

- Exceptional analytical capabilities, including the ability to synthesize complex information, identify actionable insights, and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Advanced ability to analyze and validate data, challenge assumptions, and transform management information into accurate, actionable insights that support executive decision-making.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and tailor communications for executive and board-level audiences.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, exercise sound judgment, and maintain momentum while leading complex strategic initiatives.
