Provide general admin/office support and onsite event support during eveninings and weekends.
Responsibilities
Serve as the onsite event support for event organizers. Assist in organizing files, scanning, spreadsheet tracking, 25Live scheduling, event room setup checks, event logistics coordination.
Required Qualifications
Event support experience. Ability to learn support process. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Qualifications
Event and customer services experience is a plus.
