Job Summary
Minimum Qualifications
- Energetic and dedicated student with strong oral and written communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to greet and assist students, faculty, staff, parents, and visitors in person, over the phone, and through email while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to learn and perform assigned work, follow oral and written instructions, work cooperatively with faculty, staff, and fellow students, and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Must maintain confidentiality, adhere to office standards, including appropriate attire, and demonstrate the ability to read and write English at a level appropriate for the position.
- Experience working with a diverse population is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current student at CSUF and is enrolled/registered (fees paid) in a current regular semester as a new or continuing student.
- Student who has completed the prior semester (has not graduated), or who is registered for the subsequent semester.
- In good academic standing (not on academic probation, continued probation, academic dismissal).
- Student who is authorized to work in the United States and can provide employment eligibility documents.
