</div><div>We are a fast-growing, high-energy center in Wilmington, NC, looking for a driven, high-ownership Manager to help lead our team, grow our membership, and deliver an exceptional experience for kids and families.<br><br>
</div><div>About the Role<br><br>
</div><div>This is a hands-on leadership role at the center of our operation. You’ll take ownership of sales performance, support daily operations, and help lead the team to a high standard.<br><br>

</div><div>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>
</div><div>Sales & Growth<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close</li>
<li>Lead follow-up, outreach, and conversion efforts</li>
<li>Deliver a confident, consultative sales experience</li>
<li>Drive membership growth through strong execution and consistency</li>
<li>Support community events and partnerships</li>
</ul><div>Operations<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Help ensure the center runs smoothly, efficiently, and at a high standard</li>
<li>Stay on top of key priorities so nothing falls through the cracks</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with members and families</li>
<li>Support scheduling, organization, and daily execution</li>
</ul><div>Leadership & Team Development<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Lead by example and help set the tone for the team</li>
<li>Coach and support team members to improve performance</li>
<li>Address issues directly and proactively</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and consistently with both team and ownership</li>
</ul><div>Coaching (as needed)<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Coach classes and support programming when needed</li>
<li>Deliver structured, high-energy classes</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with families and communicate program value</li>
