About this role
The STV Product Configuration Manager - NA Product is responsible for but not limited to:
- Manage detailed product and powertrain configuration specifications for current and future vehicles
- Maintain accurate and timely updates to product specifications in Specify the Vehicle (STV) mainframe configuration system
- Maintain accurate and timely updates to the Order Cross Reference (OCR) table to support order translation
- Work closely with Vehicle Product Planning, Brand and Engineering Program Management to define configuration impact in development of product actions
- Act as first point of contact for downstream configuration system users
- Troubleshoot configuration issues
- Partner with Order Management to address daily order misalignments

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 years experience
- 5+ years' experience in Product Planning, Product Configuration, Bill of Materials, Production Planning, Production Control, Scheduling, Program Management or related business function
- Self-starter, able to multi-task, work independently, prioritize workload, and problem-solve
- Customer oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Competency with Microsoft office suite and Google Apps
