Job Description
You will be the Subcontract Management Staff for the LRASM Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. Our team is responsible for coordinating subcontract activities and delivering actionable insights across the supply chain.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Management Staff you will be responsible for coordinating subcontract activities and delivering actionable insights across the supply chain.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Disseminate updates to relevant functional teams and collaborate on corrective actions.
- Analyze supplier data, generate responsive insights, and compile comprehensive reports.
- Monitor performance metrics, risk indicators, and compliance status, escalating issues as needed.
- Provide day‑to‑day query support for internal stakeholders and subcontract managers.
- Engage with the internal team to coordinate proposal activities for GSC.

Basic Qualifications

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
