What You'll Do As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your restaurant by: Creating an exceptional guest experience every day. Hiring, developing, coaching, and retaining high-performing Team Members. Building a positive, energetic, and accountable culture. Driving sales while effectively managing labor, food cost, and profitability. Ensuring outstanding food quality and operational excellence. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment. Leading local marketing initiatives and community involvement. Executing Subway® brand standards and promotional campaigns. Analyzing business results and creating action plans to improve performance. Developing future leaders and helping your team grow professionally. Qualifications: Reliable transportation. Open availability, including evenings and weekends. Ability to participate in an on-call rotation (1 week on, 2 weeks off). Basic computer proficiency. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed throughout the workday.
