Summer Daycare Teacher

Department Overview:

We just celebrated our 43rd birthday this spring and we just keep growing!  We have locations all over the world, and our Madison, Wisconsin, location is our headquarters with over 11 acres of outdoor play, a church, school, and daycare, multiple indoor play areas, and an on-site chef providing meals to kids and staff.  Come join us and have fun!

Schedule:

Scheduling is highly flexible and can be tailored to your availability, including mornings, afternoons, full days, or select days during the week. Opportunities are available year-round, including summer, school breaks, and during the academic year.

Salary/Wage Range:

Hourly $14.00 to $16.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:

Honestly, it's just about having fun, being a kid, keeping kids safe, and getting paid!

• Supervise and actively engage with children ages 6 weeks+
• Plan and lead age-appropriate games, crafts, and learning experiences
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
• Support field trips, outdoor play, and large group activities
• Help implement curriculum and themed programming
• Model positive behavior and guide children using respectful discipline practices
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and staff
• Assist with special projects (clubs, social media, events, etc.) based on interest
