HR Intern – Communications Focus 

Location: Midtown Manhattan, NYC | Hybrid: 3 days/week in office 
Duration: 9 weeks 
Pay: $22/hour 
Start Date: June 2025 

Join our HR team as a Communications Intern and help create clear, engaging employee communications that support culture, connection, and organizational change. 

What You’ll Do 

• Draft and edit HR communications, announcements, and employee-facing materials  

• Support internal campaigns, engagement initiatives, and change communications  

• Help organize content for HR programs, events, and employee resources  

• Collaborate with HR and business partners to ensure messaging is clear and consistent  

• Complete an Innovation Project and present recommendations to senior leadership  

What We’re Looking For 

• Rising junior or senior pursuing communications, HR, marketing, business, or a related field  

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills  

• Interest in employee engagement, culture, and internal communications  

• Creative, organized, and collaborative team player
