HR Intern – Systems/AI Focus
Location: Midtown Manhattan, NYC | Hybrid: 3 days/week in office
Duration: 9 weeks
Pay: $22/hour
Start Date: June 2025
Join our HR team as a Systems/AI Intern and gain hands-on experience improving people operations through technology, automation, and data-driven solutions.
What You’ll Do

Support HR systems projects, process improvements, and workflow documentation

Explore AI-enabled tools to improve HR efficiency and employee experience

Assist with data cleanup, reporting, and HR technology optimization

Partner with HR team members on cross-functional initiatives

Complete an Innovation Project and present recommendations to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For

Rising junior or senior pursuing HR, business, information systems, analytics, or a related field

Interest in HR technology, AI, automation, and process improvement

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys learning new systems
