Duties

Provide technical assistance and contract administration, accomplishing studies and/or delivery order requirements, conducting delivery order negotiations, performing contractor ratings, and coordinating complete delivery order packages.,Negotiate all delivery orders to include project scope, cost, methods of construction and project completion dates.,Review and approve project design features, resolves design and/or technical deficiencies and approves final acceptance and payment.,During construction provides oversight and inspects construction for compliance with contract specifications and all applicable laws and regulations.,Perform major role in the procurement and solicitation process of the Job Order Contract (JOC), providing technical and contractual information regarding the contract.,Supervise 7 GS-11 Engineer Techs and 1 GS -09 JOC Administrators, including responsible for assigning work , setting priorities, evaluating performance and planning and developing work.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Accountability Customer Service Problem Solving Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).

Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement.
