Duties

You will formulate long-range plans, policies and goals for the Production Division and ensure that the Product Division is supporting NAVFAC and NAVFAC Southwest's Strategic Operations and Financial plans.,You will identify external and internal systems requiring improvement and effects changes in work distribution, manpower utilization and use of facilities and services.,You will be responsible for all financial operation issues associated with the Division.,You will maintain internal controls within the division necessary to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse of government resources and mismanagement of Branch programs.,You will be responsible for solving complex problems that subordinate managers and workforce are encountering and communicates with other departments and agencies that impact the success of the Production Division.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing overall requirements in developing scoping estimates, designs/RFPs, project management, administering A&E and construction contracts; 2) Developing annual resource/budget allocation requirements and monitoring use of assigned resources including reimbursable project dollars; 3) Developing independent government estimates, annual resource/budget allocation requirements for construction; and 4) Leading high-level meetings concerning project status and controversial matters. **NOTE** This information must be clearly supported in your resume.
